Vocabulary flashcards round-up

Friday, August 29th, 2008

Hot on the heels of my last post is an addition that I made to my flashcards website that I hope some will find useful. I’ve called it the flashcard roundup. Going along with the 4 grammars (plus Duff), I’ve tried to outline the flashcard options available online for students— free or pay.

Along with this are free text-only flashcard options I’ve made for users. I have created iFlash and MemoryLifter card decks for free for the world to use. These are text-only version of my expansion packs and are totally free.

Enjoy!

My Vocabulary Packs have Expanded!

Friday, August 29th, 2008

I’m very happy to let everyone know that I’ve made some major progress on improving my vocabulary expansion packs AND making it available with yet another software application. Thanks to several people who gave me some good feedback, especially Gerald Stevens— my audio files (particularly my pronunciation) have been improved greatly.
The bigger and more exciting news I have for everyone is that I have made my expansion packs available for a PC application called MemoryLifter. MemoryLifter is a free (FREE!) flashcard program for anyone to download. This means that for a whopping $6 students can have a full multimedia flashcard set for the textbook of their choice. For more info, check out my flashcard website, which still includes the free offer for Greek professors.

Cheers!
